hi Karen, Open the Files app on your phone; that is a stock app from Apple. Under locations, select iCloud Drive. I hope that gets you to the files you want. But, do you back up your device on a computer using iTunes? The best way to get everything from your current phone to the new phone is to do an encrypted backup on a computer through iTunes and then restore that backup to the new device. By doing an encrypted backup; you should get all your passwords too. HTH, Richard
