Yes, he would have to set up a contact and when entering the phone number put 1 or 2 commas behind it (each comma is equal to I think a 2 or 3 second delay, then enter, for example, an account number including the pound/# symbol if that needs to be pressed, another comma and then the PIN and again the number/pound symbol. Of course this means should somebody get a hold of his iPhone they would have access to his full account number and PIN, information which should be kept secret.
