Hi Richard another Bank of America customers, I reported this issue at two occasions now to Bank of America staff. In the meantime, I have been using Erica to make Bill payments. It actually works pretty well. It’s accessible and I’ve been able to make these payments without difficulty. I would recommend for now that you try this. Good luck. You have to make one payment at a time, but that’s OK with me for now.
