I guess I asked her for both Privacy and Location, should have just asked for one, but finally got it. I will remember that it is pretty far down in Settings. All is well, which explains why it was easy to reset the weather location, once yall told me about going down to the bottom right of the screen. Thanks for all the help.

You should check in Settings > Privacy > Location services whether it is on and whether it is on specifically for the Weather app. If it is on the weather app should report the local weather based on the location of your iPhone.
