If you are talking about a simply shut-down of the phone and then powering it up again then that is done with the power button on all phones. You just push and hold the power button on the side of the phone until the message pops up on the screen asking you if you want to shut down the phone, then tap OK. To turn it back on you can simply plug it in to a Lightning cable and it will turn on or press and hold the power button for about 4 or 5 seconds and wait about 10 to 20 seconds depending on phone model.
