That model looks very similar to the one we have which is the CGS995. On my 
cooktop there is a grill in the center which can also be used as two additional 
burners. The range comes with the grill plate and a cast-iron burner grate 
which you can swap out depending on what you want to do. The other four burners 
are controlled with knobs. They are also of varying sizes for rapid boil or low 
simmer or whatever. 


The manuals for the Cafe line are available online. It might be helpful for you 
to give the manuals a look before you buy. 

The Alexa access is a bit tricky until you get used to how she needs you to ask 
her to make the adjustments. The app you'll need is called Geneva and you will 
have to enable the skill in Alexa. That was the only part for which I needed 
sighted assistance on account of the alexa app's poor accessibility once I was 
inside the list of available skills. But once I got over that bump everything 
went pretty smoothly.
