Hello list I donated my 5S to a friend. I did a setup as new phone before sending it to him and I selected not to use a passcode. Someone tried to assist him to set up an apple account but in the process they activated the passcode setting and typed a code. Then they got confused and now the lady who assisted can not remember the passcode. Is the applestore the only people who will be able to get the phone to reset? Regards Fanus
