Power the iPhone off. Connect it to a computer. Launch ITunes on the computer. Now press and hold the power and home buttons on the iPhone and hold them until ITunes prompts you that it has defected an iPhone in recovery mode. Follow the on-screen instructions and your iPhone should be in its default state.
