Hi Dani, You have to do a single finger double tap and hold, until you hear a sound, then move your finger up or down the screen to adjust these slider settings and then lift your finger off the screen when you finally get to your desired number. This can be really agravating because as soon as you lift your finger off the screen it'll change by a couple of single digits. So, keep playing around with it until you get your desired number. When you aren't getting any responses by moving your finger, do another double tap and hold and try again! LOL What a pain.
