Hey Janet, If you have not set up the watch yet. You will need to find the Watch application on your iPhone. You will need to open it and navigate to the general option in the main screen. After you have opened general, find the accessibility option, navigate to voiceover and turn on the toggle. While in this menu you can customize the voiceover options to your liking.
