Yes, we lease the router from the provider. I will let yall know when I finally 
get it and how.

Provided the WiFi networks around you are password protected which I assume 
most of them are you wouldn't be able to connect to them. Do you know the 
password for your WiFi? You need to know which is your network and then what 
the password for it is. It may well be that the issue is not your iPhone at all 
but maybe your WiFi, I suggest you call your provider and ask if they can do a 
test on it. I assume you have whatever WiFi modem/router your provider gave you 
and not your own router?

I managed to reset my phone. Now, trying to get Wi-Fi back, it is giving my 
neightors' Spectrum and Charter, but not our Windstream. Should I just bhook on 
to the one with the three out of three bars? That doesn't seem right to hook on 
to one that is not mine.
