I held off on the Air Pods for a long time and tried multiple BT headsets. I
finally broke down and bought the newest Airpods and admit that for me, they
are the best BT I have tried. They don't hurt my ears, the latency is almost
non-existent and the sound is great. Siri response is nearly instant and I
don't like much noise cancellation since I am totally blind and have some
hearing impairment.
They are expensive and the battery life is short, but they charge quickly so
I am satisfied with the money I spent on them.

I haven’t found anything that works as well as the Apple AirPods.
The Apple AirPods first generation is more than fine for me.
I’ve tested most of them and that’s the conclusion I came up with.
