I actually do this all the time. Usually my Trekz Air or if I’m plugged into my PC the Trekz Sports with microphone and my Plantronics 5500 earpiece in one ear.
The Plantronics connected to my business iPhone and the bone conduction ones either to the PC or my main iPhone. Kind of like the audio version of picture in picture. They are Bluetooth and also have a small nono that you can plug into any pc. They are very light and have great sound for the price. You can answer phone calls on the iPhone and talk on Facetime with them. They run about six hours or so on a charge. I have three sets and have use them for many years with my iPhone and pc.
