I just tried this myself: I rang a number and when it went through to voicemail. I quickly double clicked the power/sleep button. My iPhone thought I wanted to pay for something! When I dismissed that, the phone call to the company’s voicemail was still continuing. So, it does look like there is no way to end a phone call when using VoiceOver if you cannot manage double-taps. I do hope iOS 13 sorts this out! Regards Harry
