I can see why no one has mentioned this yet, but suffice to say in iOS 13 there may be a feature that can help, depending how much VoiceOver will or will not work from the outset. It is called Voice Control and it is going to work a lot like the days of Dragon Naturalyspeaking on Windows if anybody can remember that? In other words, you will be able to tell your iOS device exactly what to do just by using your voice. This includes dictating and editing text, navigating and using apps, and so on. So, in theory, your client could say, as of iOS 13, `tap end call`, and the call should end, just like that. Also, no voice commands will be sent to Apple; it will all be processed on the device.
