You can’t ask SIRI to run a shortcut unless you record your trigger phrase
yourself.
If the shortcut is already appearing in Settings > SIRI and Search > My
Shortcuts you can record a phrase there, just double tap on the shortcut, then
double tap “Record a phrase and speak what you want, e.g. “Take a Pic” and wait
for the recording to end, I find it is much better to let it finish by itself
then to try and double tap with two fingers to stop, now it should say (to use
my example) “Recorded phrase, Take a pic” and there will be a button if you
swipe past this saying “Re-record phrase” so if you are not happy with what you
chose or you ever want to change it, just tap that button, record a new phrase
and that’s it. Make sure you tap “Done at the top right of the screen after you
recorded your phrase.

I didn’t record the phrase myself, but just used the standard text that was
already there for both shortcuts you sent.
