I have heard of a Siri Shortcut that will alert you when the battery reaches 100%. I'm not concerned with this though, when my battery hits 100%, the phone switches from charging to AC Adapter in the status bar. Batteries have vastly improved in the last 5-20 years. In short, it is not possible to over charge like it once was.
