hi!. I think it has some possible reason to cause this issue. 1. maybe the wifi/ 3g/ 4g connection is not good. and it need some resources to search the network. 3. it may have some of the apps using lots fo ram on your phone or CPU as well. 3. maybe it is the GPS need more network resources as well.
I think you should try to restart your phone and see it can help a little bit or not!
