John, I have no idea which e-mail client you are using; but even so, all such programs I’ve ever used provide a “Save As” option in the FILE Menus.
In fact, I’m using the native Mac-OS e-mail client to read your message and opened the menu, selected FILE and arrowed down to the “Save As” option.
