Then, get VoiceOver to the beginning of what you want to copy and turn the rotor to text selection. If you want everything, flick up or down until you get to select all, then flick right with one finger. Pause a moment and it will read everything it selected. Once it starts reading, if you do not want to listen to it all, go ahead and turn the rotor to edit. Flick up or down to copy, and double tap. Then, open your text message, and turn to edit again and flick up or down to paste and double tap. You'll be all set.
