That information is in the original email. Mark also provided the link to the 
app on the app store where you could easily see this information.
I hope you are not insulted by me saying this, had  you read the entire thread 
you would not have had to ask generating my reply and potentially others.
Having now gotten off my soap box, Mark said the following:

downloading the free version of the app.
By the way, for the full version, you must pay $1.99, inside the app.
And please don't ask what the "small glitch" is which Mark mentioned, his email 
is still included below, just search for "glitch" and you can find and read it.
