Harry, welcome to the phone mystery problem. This has been going on for 3 weeks for me. Im certain that my problem is where voicemails aren’t showing up on my device. My sons nursing agency left a message on Friday, July 5th. The voicemail didn’t appear until Wednesday, July 10th at 4:30PM. ATT had an update recently. Im thinking that the problem is related to the update. One of the update features is when there is an incoming call the number is labeled as a spam calling numberif it has been reported as spam.
