I heard of this app quite a few years ago, but apparently, the app called Noted lets you take audio recordings and text notes at the same time, and they get synched together. It looks pretty cool, though I don't know how accessible it is. It's free with in-app purchases, though, so could be worth taking a look at; here's the link.
