Honestly, I only use the native Twitter app for notifications. Otherwise, it’s only Twitterrific. Completely voiceover accessible and filters out a lot of the Twitter stuff. Promoted tweets, who I should follow, etc.… It’s like a reader mode of Twitter. Nice simple and clean.
