Thanks again, Tara. Actually, most of the names that WhatsApp is not reading now for the couple of days, have been there for years and years and WhatsApp has been reading them just fine until a couple of days ago.

For the contacts whose number is showing but not their name, you may need to edit their phone number is in the right format. If their phone number does not include the international code what’sapp won’t be able to read them as the correct contact. You can definitely save your local contacts without the international code and The phone will still allow you to call them.
