I never even thought to try to dictate an email address, let aloan passwords, because generally you have no way to check whether a password is accurate, plus with email so much could be messed up that you would just have to go back and correct it anyway, meaning you are better off just using the virtual keyboard, which it is good to have some facility with anyway because there are some situations where dictating is impractical, if not impossible.
