The other brilliant thing about this move is that it makes their lowest paid plan far more useful. Having those thirty paid minutes could stretch any five minute call into a more suitable length for most tasks around the home. I think I'd want more time per month if I used it like I've heard some explorers do for literally going places and events using Aira for guidance. For those everyday moments though, particularly when dealing with sensitive information you might not want to trust to a Be My Eyes random volunteer, it's gotten reasonably economical.
