I must be missing something here.  What is the problem with giving first 
responders your address?  No problem with them only getting close.  This is an 
interesting concept but until I hear that 9 1 1 is using it, I'll not risk 
giving them the 3 words & have the dispatcher not know what I am talking about. 
 Also, isn't it true that 9 1 1 dispatch can get your location if you are using 
a cell phone with location on?
