No, and I have rarely been able to answer a ring call in time before the person
left. I bought a Nest Hello video doorbell for my business and it is somewhat
easier and faster to answer.
For the Ring you will probably need sighted assistance and lots of practice to
figure it out so you can do it from muscle memory and know where you have to
tap. One thing is to make sure y ou make the notifications persistent or
whatever it is called so they don’t go away until you interacted with it.

Subject: Question: How to Answer the Door Using the Ring app for the Ring Video
Doorbell 2

Hello. Yesterday I installed a recently purchased Ring Video Doorbell 2. The
companion Ring app on iOS is a bit of a mixed bag with parts of the app being
accessible and others with unlabeled buttons. My question concerns what is
probably the most important feature of the app which is responding to someone
who rings your doorbell. I can't figure out how to actually answer so that I
can speak with whoever is at my door. My sighted wife says that there is a
notification that you're supposed to tap on when the doorbell has been
activated. I can hear this notification but double-tapping doesn't seem to work
for me. I wish there was just a simple dialog that said something like,
"someone is at your door" with standard buttons for "answer" or "dismiss" but
the interface doesn't seem to be that simple. I would welcome suggestions from
other Ring users on how to do this.
