Hi Janet, Maybe you should reinstall the app on your phone? Not sure why it would show on your phone but now on your watch. Are you sure that this particular app has a watch counterpart? Double tap on that and then there shoudl be a button that says sync with your watch or Use with AppleWatch off or on. Make sure it is on. i don’t know the exact verbage for it though.
