as I have already stated the app is Lazzus and when I looked at it on the app store I couldn’t find anything about it being available for the apple watch.

Double tap on that and then there shoudl be a button that says sync with your watch or Use with AppleWatch off or on. Make sure it is on. i don’t know the exact verbage for it though.
