I participated in a survey recently to evaluate the accessibility of such
software. The researcher was asking about how information might be verbalized,
as in how a phone number is verbalized and how whether a call is authenticated
or noted as possible spam might affect the response to the call. I mentioned
the Call Protect app from AT&T, my carrier, which has been mentioned here
before. Don’t know how accessible it is.

I got a small gift card for my hour of interview work with the researcher from
University of Florida.
