Currently, as far as Echo devices go, you can use Alexa to tell it to pressure cook 10 minutes. In other words, you can give it the setting you want and the time, but that's about it.
I haven't tried to newest update, but I've been using the hardware buttons to make my settings and minutes selections. Once you know the layout, it is quite easy to do. And my favorite feature for setting the time is that it double beeps at the zero mark, so you have an idea of where you are. I am excited to try this new update. We have a ways to go, but I would never tell someone that it is unusable by those of us who are blind.
