Flicktype seems to work for me using iOS 13.1 Beta. I can switch to the Flicktype keyboard, I hear the clicks/taps when I am typing and swiping will speak the word, a 2-finger swipe down will read other suggestions. But I don’t use Flicktype that much simply because I don’t do that much text entry on my phone and I’ll always use dictation as my first choice. Also, the new slide keyboard from Apple which you don’t have to do anything to use except not to disable it works quite well and I find it very roising. I think with practice one could be as fast on it as with Flicktype and typing a few not so common words on it seems to work better than on Flicktype which never gets these words right. Just an initial observation, but I quite like it.

If you use MBraille or Flicktype, you will hear nothing while typing. So, if you use a third party keyboard, do not update on the 19th, or on the 30th, unless you hear that is fixed.
