I also quite like the app Righthear which is free and it gives you a lot of information about what is around you, you can record your own points and it even has built-in turn by turn directions. In the latest update you can tap on a button called "Lense" and it allows you to open Be My Eyes or Cash Reader. I don't often require a money reader because in Canada all the bills are marked with braille dots and I always thought the money reader channel in the Seeing AI app worked quite well, but this Cash Reader app blows everything out of the water I have yet tried including the old Money Reader app which became Nand Money reader. It is, however, not free, you can subscribe monthly or annually or get a lifetime license for the full version for $24.99 Canadian, in the US it is $17.99. However, it supports dozens of currencies from the big ones like US and Canadian Dollars to Euros, British Pounds, Australian and New Zealand Dollars to pretty much everything from central and South America, many European currencies from countries which aren't on the Euro like some of the Scandinavian countries, many Asian as well as African currencies. You would need to purchase the full version for those, I think the free version only supports only the two lowest denominations, here in Canada that would be the $5 and $10 bills and they also offer a 2-week free trial. I decided to simply buy it because I thought it could come in handy if I go to the Philippines where my wife is from, there is no way to distinguish their many Philippine Peso bills and it is also one of the supported currencies. I tried it with a couple of Canadian Dollar bills and I think by that time it was pretty dark so it was using the phone's flashlight which you can set to be used automatically if it's two dark and almost any which way I waved the bill by the camera it recognized it instantly, front, back, on an angle... it was actually quite impressive. You can also select if you want to use the front or back camera, by default it uses the back camera and for those who are hard of hearing you can even set vibrations patterns for the different bills.
