many Belgian people lost their extended flemish voices. When just hovering
over the screen, VO announces all the app under your finger but skips the
first letter so: there are new apps like witter acebook nstagram and
essages.
A lot of focus issues are reported from the mail app. VO does not announce
any feedback for some external keyboards like f.e. mbraille. Reading mails
by paragraphe is user independent not possible for some devices.
VO sometimes comes in very loud and weakens afterwards.
What I do not understand is why people always are so impatient nowing that
already on september 24 a much more stable version ios13.1 will come out.

Still not entirely sure why so many people are not wanting to update. Yes
iOS was pretty buggy in those first few betas, but is pretty stable now.
No major bugs come to mind. Final release seems just fine. I updated all
my devices yesterday and have not had any problems at all for what that
may be worth.

That's the approach I usually take. But for me, disagreeing with the
terms doesn't stop it permanently. But it's an easy way to get rid of the
message, and delay it for awhile.

This is great info.
Not to put too simple a spin on this but the only way I have found to
permanently stopped being prompted to update is to simply disagree with
the terms of service.

Info from another group worth noteing - Hello group! With iOS 13 coming
out and lots of us not wanting to download it because of the multiple
voiceover bugs, may I take this opportunity to warn you of apples rather
sneaky way of overriding your settings to install updates when you don't
want them.
If you go into settings, general, software update, you'll find a button to
turn off automatic software updates. Go ahead and switch that to off, but
be aware that it may not stop the update from being installed. There's
another step you will probably need to take.
You may find a dialogue popping up sometime in the next few days asking if
you want to install iOS 13. The two options you'll be given are "install
now" or "later". You'll assume you need to choose "later", since you don't
want the update at all, and then you'll be asked to enter your passcode.
At this point, the phone is ready to install the update, despite the fact
that you have auto update set to off, and it will do it sometime in the
couple of days after you've seen the dialogue come up.
So, when the dialog has appeared and you've chosen the later option, go
back into settings, general, software update and you'll see another button
has appeared, called "Cancel auto install" or something like that. You
need to double tap that button to stop the phone doing the update
automatically. And all of this happens even though you've got your auto
update set to off. Apple sure are keen to get us updating.
Sorry for the long post but I wouldn't want anyone to get caught out by
this.
