Hi, I noticed language also grade out in my iOS 13. I also noticed that braille table was grade out. To my way of thinking, it would be more important to gray out language than braille table. I would like to take braille table out of my rotor. I think a lot of what Apple has done is to make the rotor Show links and visited links or whatever you have in the rotor at the time that it is needed. I changed the gesture to do the rotor to make it easier for me and also so I could teach a friend of mine how to finally get rotor options. I think it is going to be a real help to her. She has never been able to use the rotor. I always did, but this makes it much easier for me.

The Language has always been dimmed. I believe the Braille Table is new, and yes it is also dimmed or grayed out, whichever you prefer. I haven't tried to move them in the order for a long time.
