I have the same problem running ios 12.4.1 I found, On a book title, I first
have to turn the rotor to actions.
When I swipe up and down, I only have two options.
1. activate default.
2. drag item.

I just updated to VoiceDream 4.9.1. I am still using iOS 11.4.1 and
will hopefully update to iOS 13.1.
When I updated, I notice that now in the list view of books there is
no action item in the rotor. So, I cannot turn the rotor and get
options for deleting, moving, or interacting with the book in
question. The only way to do it is to click "edit" and the select the
book and get to the menu from there. I have already let the developers
know about this. Was this an intentional change? it makes the app much
less efficient to use.
