Hi Fanus, Just a quick note before answering your question. Changing the subject line of a thread still basically means you are highjacking the thread, it’s always better to start a new message.
If you have an external battery and you rarely use it you might want to try and figure out how much charge it looses after one week, e.g. charge it overnight and then check a week later. Most batteries have 4 or so LED lights with all 4 lighting up meaning it’s 100% charged, if only 3 light up it’s 75%, 2 is 50% and 1 means it only has 25%. Be My Eyes is a great app for this, so is Aira if it is available in your country and it may not be available in ?South Africa, I don’t know, but I’m pretty sure Be My Eyes is. Then if you see that after one week it still has 3 lights, you could just top it up a bit or maybe to so after 10 days. Another way to do this is to just use your battery once a week or every two weeks to charge your phone once or twice, depending on what the capacity is, then charge it up again over night because you know for sure it needs charging. And, as I said, you could always put in a call to Be My Eyes to see if it needs charging if you know you need to use it.
