Hi, I heard the podcast demonstrating the feature, and if I go into Edit mode, choose to drag a folder, touch another folder, and flick up or down, one of the options is Add to Folder. However, when I double-tap this option, the folder lands on the desktop next to the folder I wanted to add it to. This is on an iPHone X. So I don't think the feature actually works.
