Hello Marie, I, too, love the Over Drive app.
I am currently running it successfully on both my iPad Pro with iPad OS 13.1 and on an iPhone 11, with iOS 13.1. Currently, based on all of the wonderful threads in this group, I have no plans to update my 8 Plus to 13.1. This is to say, I have not tested Over Drive on any phone older than iPhone 11. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing and even deleted it, powered the phone off and back on and re-installing with no luck.
