I have not yet contacted them because I had not found anyone else having a
problem. I just did a factory re-set on the phone for no good reason since
it still does not work. Thank goodness I have devices running IOS 12 which
are having no problem.
I will see about contacting the developers on one of these devices because I
don't think I can get to it on the phone with IOS 13.

I have not heard anything about problems with the Overdrive app so not sure
if I am alone on this. But I have tried everything to get this app to work
and it crashes every time I try to add a title or a library or basically
just to use it. I have been using this app successfully for quite some time
before the update. But Before contacting the developer, I just wondered if
anyone else is experiencing a problem.
I have tried deleting the app and re-installing and even deleted it, powered
the phone off and back on and re-installing with no luck.
