I called the number, the other day for another purpose, and spoke to the operator so they do answer the phone. If you call, and I hope some of you will, ask for the support team. This is one of the best apps I've ever used and the thought of having VoiceOver access lost, breaks my heart. I have enjoyed hundreds and hundreds of wonderful audio books via Over Drive and there is so much more to discover.
