I tried calling but could only get a voicemail response, so I left a
detailed message there. I also went to the support web site and filled out
the report form. Had to jump through some hoops to get past the capcha but
got it done. Now we can cross our fingers that they will fix the problem

I called the number, the other day for another purpose, and spoke to the
operator so they do answer the phone.
If you call, and I hope some of you will, ask for the support team.

Also, please leave a review in the app store requesting that VoiceOver
access be restored in iOS 13.
This is one of the best apps I've ever used and the thought of having
VoiceOver access lost, breaks my heart. I have enjoyed hundreds and
hundreds of wonderful audio books via Over Drive and there is so much more
to discover.
