I can confirm the first and third issues. I suggest contacting 
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>. That way, the bugs 
can be fixed.

in the meantime, you can use Siri to adjust your workout. You can say, for 
example, "Start a 30-minute outdoor walk." I hope that helps.
