As for the dictation issue, I had a client recently who would dictate into the name fields in her contacts, but it stopped working. I know this isn’t a watch, but the solution might be related. I went into the settings and toggled dictation off and then back on again. That fixed it.
I don’t have an Apple watch, so I don’t know what the settings would be for it.
