Hi all, On Terry's phone which he has updated to 13.1, when he tries to use Siri with his phone locked, it tells him that he needs to unlock his phone to use siri. However, he has gone in to siri and search and use siri from locked screen is on. Just to make sure, he turned it off then back on again. It asked him for his pass code. Still the same results. Any ideas?
