With all the questions roiling around I think my question got lost so I will ask again. I have an XR running 13.1.1. When in mail, I tap on the conversation I want to read. I find the first message and read it. Now, when I swipe up or down on the message I have a number of choices. I can reply, etc. One of these options is trash. On my phone this does nothing. Any way to make it delete the message or let me go through the messages and trash altogether? If I begin reading a conversation and keep deleting at the botom of the page sometimes the delete gets hidden by parts of the conversation. I have to go back to the front page and reenter where I was reading. Thanks for any help on this.
