I have not experienced this phone bug since updating to iOS 13.1.3 and I have probably made and received a dozen calls since then. At this point until it happens again it seems to be fixed for me.

I know that sometimes I can have funky things happen with my default English language voice, but if I switch the language to English which I also have in my language rotor aside from it being my default, then that works fine. I’m still on V 21.4.1, but plan on upgrading since it sounds like that nasty phone call bug was finally addressed. I may just upgrade on my secondary phone just to see first. I wonder if this is a universal dictation and language thing that sighted folks are also experiencing… Anyway, just a thought.
