When I was looking into a PW manager a few years ago, at that time, the general consensus was that 1Password was more accessible. I don't know if Lastpass has done anything to make it's service more accessible, but 1Password's been working fine for me on my iPhone and PCs. They're also pretty responsive to accessibility concerns and work to address whatever issues may pop up from time to time. As far as pricing... Well, in my opinion, I don't find it to be hefty for the convenience and peace of mind that it provides at all, but that's going to depend from person to person I suppose.
